Leagues
Not only do we play in numerous friendly games but for those who are a little more competitive, we play in various leagues throughout the season.
The teams for the men’s leagues are selected by the respective captains after establishing who wishes to play, similarly for the Knaphill league.
Please see below for more information.

September Sessions
The outdoor season begins to wind down after the finals’ weekend and the completion of the league programmes, which is a pity, as there are many excellent days perfect for bowling. This season, the session format, used in the last few years, will be continued.
(NB.In the fixture list the sessions are labelled ‘event’) The actual days will be confirmed in advance; the sessions will take place on the following possible dates: Mon 7th, Wed 9th, Fri 11th, Mon 14th, Weds 16th. Confirmation reminders will be circulated.
The overall aim is to offer the opportunity to all our members to play together and particularly to integrate with our new members, as league and formal club matches normally restrict many members attending roll-ups. A subsidiary aim is to award prizes to those attending at least three of the sessions with the best individual scores from up to four sessions aggregated.
Any member can attend any, or all, of the afternoons, you only need to turn up.
The sessions will subsume the normal roll-ups, since all members are included.
The rules for 2026 can be viewed soon by following this link.

The contest was won in 2025 by Mike Wells so congratulations to him with Carole Mlinaric coming second..
